Backstory:
Raeven Merlot was born the second of 8 children to Lilac Rak'Tika in the Rak'Tikan Greatwoods. Born free with little expectations thanks to her eldest brother, she still seemingly had so much to prove to get her mother and maidstaffs attention.

Backstory:
Cardinal Merlot was born in a large village located in the Rak'Tikan Greatwoods. The first of 8 children born to Lilac Rak'Tika, he was very promising to lead his family of Vii to a brighter, and better future. Each night and day he was raised, and taught all he could be to take over the family businesses, and its legacy. As time went on however, the second of the siblings, Raeven Merlot was born. She too was trained in those ways, as was customary in their family, and peoples. When Lilac discovered that Cardinal was far less interested in the responsibilities, it shifted from him to his younger sister, and when the maturity ceremony came, that was the final nail in the coffin that set him free from those duties. While his sister learned, he was pushed into warriorship training, and though that was his main responsibility, he grew tired of it, and fashion seemed to be much more his forte than anything else.Unbeknownst to either sibling, this shift in their teachings would be forced to become a much greater and unwanted shift. One morning after having spent the night spending time practicing archery with his sister the night before, he awoke to a note on his side table. He was told to begin packing for a journey outside of the village that no one had alerted him of, with far greater details of not being able to return until he was requested, or told. He rushed to his sisters room, banging on the door with urgency to get her attention, and explained the letter to her with a frantic and shaky voice, unsure of what to do. With neither of them approving of this, and Raeven asking the help more about the topic, they decided enough was enough in regards to their cultural standards.Cardinal went back to his chambers, and began to pack his bags, though not for what was requested of him. Meeting up with his sister who had done the same, they left their home with a note, and took one last look at the village they had called their home for many years, promising to see each other again whilst going their separate ways. The Crystarium was promising for Cardinal, but opposite to his sister, he chose to take up residence as a performer and citizen of the Beehive in Eulmore where he performs and manages the Drag shows to this day. He often returns home dressed in drag to disguise himself, and visit his 6 younger siblings or meet with Raeven.
